Accidentally cooked a spoon in the oven in my dinner , help ?
I was making a lamb dish and took it out as I realised I had forgotten an ingredient , only to realise that a teaspoon had been cooking amongst the lamb curry for about an hour.
Should o be concerned ? Will I get some kind of poisoning or sickness from this ?

My roasting dish is metal and my saucepans.
I am not Dead.
No, spoons are made from inert metals.
But if it was plastic, that's different.
Do you get any sort of poisoning from cooking your food in pots? No, you are fine.
Just be careful to fish it out, and wash it well, it wont affect your meal.
Is it stainless steel? Is it wood?
Then no. Now if it has some odd plastic or something, maybe.
Just don't eat the spoon.
No you should not be concerned.
I have done that before, you will come to no harm.
If it was a metal teaspoon you are fine. People bake entire dinners and cakes in metal all the time.
