我是顧主、請顧員時、是口頭合約、(1)月薪1萬2千元有所有勞工假強積金、(2)月薪1萬6千元徐了4日假期没有勞工假强積金、顧員選2、來開工、幾個月後因遲到比我炒左、冇補水、之後佢去勞工處追、勞工假強積金同7日代通知金、法律上我要比返佢、但系我可以在法律上追返佢違反我地口頭合約?

The answer is absolutely no.
All contracts against public policy are voided.
In short - the employee will be entitled for all legal holiday pays and MPF (and will be awarded eventually).
Because the employee is terminated for cause, no payment in lieu of notice is required.
