Ca(OH)₂ has stronger basicity than C₂H₅NH₂.

Reason:
Ca(OH)₂ is an ionic compound, in which the OH⁻ anion attracts H⁺ cation and reacts. C₂H₅NH₂ is a molecular compound in which the lone pair on N atom accepts H⁺ cation. Obviously, the ionic reaction between OH⁻ anion and H⁺ cation is faster due to the electrostatic attraction.
