I think it's a cute nickname (I know someone who calls her daughter her little Khaleesi, but it's not her actual name). I wouldn't actually use it as a name, I think a more classic name would work better when she's an adult. Maybe it could be a middle name at a push.

The show is so popular right now I don't think she would be the only Khaleesi. I personally like unique names. But it is still pretty despite the fact that it may become common and it doesn't really matter if you don't care about that.
