I have widows 10 and all my drivers are updated and adobe XD still says not compatible. BTW i did install it and was using it for a day and the next day it wouldn t open so i uninstalled it and when i try installing it again it kept saying "failed to install" and in ACC it says not compatible?
Why is this happening?

I appreciate that you say all of your drivers are updated, ma'am, but does your computer actually meet the minimum requirements to run Adobe XD?
