Im annoyed. I have had sex and hooked up with this older guy at least four times and once I just gave him head and that was it which was annoying. Then last night I just sucked his dick and thats it no sex nothing for me and he came. Whats up with that!? It made me feel like he didnt want to have sex for some reason and I felt used. Why no favor back?

Because your hooking up with a very selfish dude and you should stop seeing him altogether, or at least stop giving him head till he goes down on you.
