贖樓 = early redemption (of mortgage) or discharge of mortgaged property
加按 = home equity loan or top-up loan (to top up the mortgage within the same bank)

Please confirm that Miss Amy Chen has informed her Solicitor
that her ealier redemption request will be cancelled
and has returned the titledeeds and right to us;
that we will mortgage up to the hilt(=have the maximum mortgage possible by subsequent amendment), raising a top-up mortgage from the same bank.
