Vehicle Road Tax?

2018-03-28 11:06 pm
Dear All Yahoo Users,

I'm questioning how to Tax the Vehicle immediately with this situation.

The situation is: I don't have a V5C/ Green Slip, and the register keeper is not under my name. I've an up to date MOT certificate for the Vehicle.

Can I pop into a local post office fill in a V62 and pay the £25 fees plus tax the Vehicle immediately?

Or else any better solution?

Thanks all.

Kind Regards

No

the V62 is just an application - the PO have no idea if the info on it is valid or not

(for all they know you could have stolen the car- they give you the road tax , since you have a valid MOT you could get insurance you could go out then drive the car even though its stolen and it would not show up on the ANPR
