I m looking for a app maker ether online or downloaded that will allow me to make a community app for a game. I m looked around a little but haven t been able to find one yet that allows me to do the following,
-Embed our community forum page (Members would still need to login to use); This is based on proboards
-Embed a discord chat
-Embed a an RSS feed from the above forum
-Have landing page with news from the staff. This can be hard-done
-I have others things that we would like to put in the app, but if it has the ability to do the above then it ll likely have the ability to do anything else we want done
I don t mind if I have to code the app or if it s pressing buttons (As long as I can still edit it). I then need to be able to have the android and apple files so our members can download the app and use it. I m just trying to find a builder that will allow me to do what is needed.

Even if you find a suitable solution, I don't think you can install a downloadable app on iPhones that aren't jailbroken. Publishing an app on the app store is $99 per year.
Also, are you sure it needs to be an app? Because it sounds like a website would be a faster and easier solution, given that 80% of your requirements is basic website functionality.

You should look into Apache Cordova (old name is Adobe PhoneGap) for some kind of common development platform, it is essentially using WebView as backend and JavaScript becomes the common language.
Android allows sideloading as per your wish to have members fetch the file directly, although it is almost never used in the open. But Apple is much more strict and closed-off, that has to go to App Store, pay for a developer account and release it via App Store; private release must have been possible since companies have in-house business apps for ages.
