請問公屋問題,给點建議,感謝~ 1.我係優先搬遷户，第一次選屋被分到元洲村,近地鐵站,但房子些殘舊,我有機會分到全新蘇屋村,但交通較元洲村不便利,會如何選? 2.我可以選擇裝修津貼（大概多少？）或請房署做簡易裝修,那個較佳？ 3.又遷屋搬家清理，是否會有相關一站式遷出服務？
