Getting Error In Facebook messenger?

Hello Guys, from last 10 days i am getting an error that " You are temporarily blocked from sending messages" on facebook. i am able to add friends but not able to text new friends.. i am only able to text my old friends. could u please help me out this is really too frustating

That means Facebook Blocked you from Sending messages you can not send messages to new people this is Due to Facebook may have Caught you Spamming or Sending messages to Fast
You have to Wait til the Block is Lifted its only Temporary
