American English, the same as my parents, who were born in USA in the 1920s.

I speak both of those languages and other European languages too.
I have been to the village (in 1984, exactly a century after my grandparents were born) in Eastern Europe where about 7 generations of my known/recorded ancestors lived.

depends how you interpret that . the dictionary states Native language is a persons FIRST language OR your Mother & fathers "TONGUE" ..
. aka ARTERIAL LANGUAGE that being a language they are exposed to from BIRTH ...
...I know they spoke in GERMAN POLISH and ITALIAN and ENGLISH before i was born and after
some make the association that NATIVE . means ONE language ...
