Is a 3.25 GPA as a Freshman in High school Good?

Hello. I am a freshman at high school who takes all A level courses. My GPA is currently a 3.25 and I have finished my 1rst semester. Currently I'm doing well this marking period with 4 As and 4 high Bs. I am planning to go to New York University and be an aerospace engineer. I am wondering if my GPA is good or bad at the moment right now. If anyone can answer this honestly, that would be great!

Obviously a 3.25 GPA could have been better, but it is not bad at all. There is plenty of time to improve the cumulative GPA, and I think most prospective colleges and employers take a harder look at grades in the later years of high school where students are taking higher level courses.

that's likely to be 2.25 in college no one is going to employ an aerospace engineer with a GPA that low
