I fell that something presses on my right eye. Can it be caused by neurosis.?

I have a general neurosis. I always feel that I've got tomor or cancer. When I have a coffee or chocolate in my phlegm, the shock goes through me - I always think that I have that disease and it is a blood, not the chocolate or coffee. 2 days ago, one stupidish idea went to our head that I had got tumor in my brain and after that I have been feeling something like pressure on my right eye. But I have no optic problems, I have no blurried sight etc. But I feel something in my right eye. Might it be caused by neurosis. Might any illusions like this be caused by neurosis generally? I need some rest because the neurosis will destroy me before tumor. :/
