No. It is VERY likely that she suffers from some neurological disorder. Perhaps Parkinson's Disease.

serve what? who cares. She could serve, would likely be healthy enough, but fortunately we don't have to face that. Ideally, she won't be stupid enough or stubborn enough, or egotistical enough, to try again. That trash was sent to landfill. Now we get to deal with this other trash of the Trump variety.
