That's due to our orbit about the sun. We orbit in the same direction that the Earth turns - from west to east; so, each night, we're about 1 degree further to the east than we were the night previous; so non-circumpolar stars rise about 4 minutes earlier each night.

Because Earth is orbiting the sun is why.. Earth is moving relative to the stars in the constellations, This is why a sidereal day day is 23 hours 56 minutes and 40905 seconds long.
