What do you call the "lipstick" that protects your lips (the colourless ones, only applied for protection and moisture, so guys can do it too)?

Is it also called lipstick or something else?

Lip Balm.

It is called lip balm and it need not be colourless. Lip balms come in a variety of colours and flavours. I use a plain one, especially in winter when my lips get really dry and chapped.

lipastick has color in it.

lip BALM is colorless.
