Who is Twitler?

It must be Trump. He is a twit, abuses Twitter, and is compared to Hitler.

It is a cross between Tweet and Hitler.

From what I can tell, they're Donald Trump. The word is a mishmash of the world "Hitler" and "Twitter," since Trump tweets a lot. Lots of people make comparisons to Hitler, (and I can see why) and thus, "Twitler."

Someone who stays on Twitter all the time.
