Can you get an electric shock from a small pipe bomb or homemade one when it is near fire?

I don't know about an ELECTRIC shock but you could get quite a shock it it suddenly exploded.
Still, the loss to the world may be not much.
You may get a LOT more than a little shock.
WHY are you creating pipe bombs?
Don't see how that is possible, unless it uses an electric detonator. Even then, there has to be a wire exposed on the outside, separate from the body of the pipe.
"Near fire" ? not relevant.
Remember that you need two connections to get a shock. one for the shock point, and the other to ground, or connected to some part of your body somehow.
