Moving to Canada, what do I need?

I had a dream to move out the UK as a kid and I've tailored my life to meet that dream. Canada over America as obtaining a masters would take too long (would also need to be working slongside this, also family life ain't working out so will move out soon with additional bills). Plus alot of American's are racist (I believe most voted Trump, probably agrees with his muslim-banned policy). I have the following:

CCNA (Professional Cert)
CCNP (Professional Cert)
MCSA Server 2012 R2 (Professional cert)
GCSEs incl equiv level 2 qualifications
Level 3 Diploma for IT Professionals (CITY AND GUILDS)
Level 4 Diploma for IT Professionals (currently taking) (CITY AND GUILDS)

The professional certs are valued by employers and are recognised worldwide. Not sure about my Level 3 and 4 qualifications though.
I have been working since i left secondairy school and am 19 now, hopefully will move at 21/22. What are my options? Ive been working in 1st/2nd line support but will be a strong 2nd Line/r by the end of this year. I will take lessons in French and Spanish if that helps. I asked this previously but no response

Check out the Government of Canada Immigration website. It will outline the application processes you need to follow.
It will also let you know if you're an ideal candidate to come to Canada. Not everyone qualifies. You'll either need a job offer before you come here or you'll need someone to sponsor you. You'll need to prove you can fill a void that a Canadian cannot presently fill. That usually means a university or graduate degree. The immigration is pretty much merit based and you'll need a minimal number of points to be eligible. If you choose to learn a second language, French will be worth more to you than Spanish since it's the official second language in Canada. Spanish will count as a second language but it isn't as valuable because it isn't as useful here.
Keep in mind, it's not an automatic that you will be accepted for immigration.

None of your certs are any use with regards to immigration, you require a high level degree in STEM and several yrs of work experience in order to get a sponsored work visa and 'maybe' and only if the employer wants to keep you and is prepared to offer you n additional contract and sponsorship could you potentially apply for PR in Canada

I have a List of documents that mean something in my country.
The local employers accept these documents. SO WHAT.
You desire to move to Canada. What do you have that Canada NEEDS?

The CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) is one of the most well known >>>entry-level<<< certifications within the IT industry. Not much use for IMMIGRATION purposes.

I left secondary school and am 19 now.
MOST need to be about 25 to Immigrate. The time needed for both education and work experience NEEDED in Canada.
At this time you could try for a work holiday visa.

You need a skill that is in demand in Canada. Which you don't have - get yourself more training in IT as one example. And, some experience.

For the record, the most voters in the US voted for Hillary Clinton, not Trump.
Due to an odd method in our election process (see "electoral college"), we ended up with the wrong guy. The racism that is now erupting isn't supported by the majority, but is being encouraged by the current president. Most Americans find it wrong and truly unfortunate.

You would need a high level degree and an employer eager to draft you, in order to get into the US at this time. Your better chance will be Canada. Don't bother with Spanish.
