SHOULD ALL USA STATES BECOME SEPARATE independent nations?

Something similar was tried under the Articles of Confederation back in 1781.

well, no state will ever leave the union. the states dont have a military or nukes of their own. they will be forced back into the union. usa states could become independent if federal system dissolves, go bankrupt, and fall apart
