a) What is the resistance of the wire in the blanket?
For this part, I got 4.1 ohms which is correct but I need help with part b.
b) How much current does the wire carry?

(80W/18V) = 4.4A.Resistance OK.

V = I * R and you have V and R. So I = V/R. Plug in the numbers.
