New interlocking block retaining wall, wobbles on the end. Should I be concerned?

We had our yard terraced with Eagle Bay concrete interlocking blocks. The very end of the walls are wobble. The first wall is only a little wobbly with only the far outside blocks moving but one of the capstones is wobbly. The 2nd wall is a bit more wobbly with multiple blocks wobble though the capstone appear to be fully connected to the blocks.
