Is my wrist fractured?

So the other day i fell out of my truck and hit my wrist really hard on the step rail. The pain was really intense and there was an extremely sharp pain, my wrist and hand felt extremely hot, then got cold and my fingers started tingling. Where i hit was instantly bruised and swollen. And there was also a big knot where i hit. Its been about a week now and its still bruised and swollen. And where the bump was it is extremely tender. I have fractured my wrist before snd just like before i could use it and bend it, its just extremely tender to the touch, and the pain isn’t constant but it does worsen at night and its a dull pain. I went to the er and they says there was a lot of inflammation so they couldn’t see any fractures ans that i should go to an orthopedic specialist. What do you guys think? Its been almost 2 weeks and its still somewhat tender to the touch, and the bruise is almost gone, at night though the pain does get worse still, like a dull weak pain. Also if i accidentally hit it, its not like a little quick pain, it hurts really bad. But the bruise is almost gone and the pain isn’t as intense anymore

Go and get it X rayed, we are not Doctors.

If they found no fracture on the x-rays, it is not broken. Plus, you wouldn't be able to even move it if so-- a broken wrist is one of the most painful fractures you can have. The ER gave you a diagnosis, so *what did they say?* My guess is they labeled it muscle or tendon injury. Do as they instructed and see an ortho specialist.

Yeah, it is, you better go to the hospital to check if it's damage is severe.
