Can I get fired for pending charges??

So I'm currently on pti and I just applied to work full time at a job I currently work part time at and I had to sign for them to do a background check. Will I get fired for anything that comes up? I'm also in a unioni If that helps.

Then ask your Union rep.

Sure you can get fired, especially if you've hidden the fact that you're a criminal.

They have a right to fire you for it. Whether or not they will is up to them. Nobody can say what they will do.

maybe not, ive known people that have gotten out of prison and find jobs faster than i ever could, wish i could get a job like they can
