業主搬走掛牆電視而牆身有孔及黑印，我自行修補及油漆，當時口頭通知業主佢冇反對，現租約一年快完不再續約，業主聲稱要我還原牆身收樓原來顏色，沒有改動間格，油漆都要還原嗎，業主話否則扣我按金喎！請提點。?

Your responsibility should be specified by the any document you have with the landlord.
