Does anyone have any experience of CBD+ (cannabidiol) usage for back pain?

UK health supplement store Holland &
Barrett are now stocking CBD+ and I was
wondering if it really does help with severe
back pain?

Your experiences with it would be appreciated.

No, but lavender oil can help.
So can Voltaren Emulgel, which is a prescription NSAIDs that gets applied directly at the point of pain. It really works, and isn't harmful.

If you have back pain, one of the most important things is to find if you are doing things to aggravate it. The wrong footwear can make a huge difference, as can the wrong chair and mattress. Walking is one of the absolute best things for a back issue, in most cases.
Before you resort to odd cures, make sure you are doing the fundamental things that are known to improve back health. A visit to a spine specialist can make all the difference.

smoking marijuana for the CBD is pretty good. it loosens up the joints and allows for flexibility, so that i can exercise. both THC and CBD in adequate quantities together helps with the pain and flexibility problem.
MJ is legal in california, so even without a medical diagnosis, i can self-medicate for arthritis and normal age-related wear and tear.

I use edibles and they still have the THC in them. They seem to help my pain issues but i never use the stuff during the day because i hate feeling high, to be honest

You might do some online research about CBD

For pains you can use dmso (50 drops or more in a glass of water). You can do research in the Internet - doctors never recommend that.

No. If it actually did anything it wouldn't be legal.
