Pain in my chest?

I'm a 21 yr old female. I've been having these sharp pains above my right breast. It seems like i can only feel it when i lay on my right side and try to get up from my bed. I'm a healthy person. What is this from? There are times that it feels tight. I woke up this morning with a red spot right on the area that is hurting me.

My initial thought is that your diaphragm is caught between a rib, but that wouldn't explain the redness.
It might be red because you were touching it in your sleep.
If you can go to a doctor to get it checked out.
Or start with a neuromuscular therapist (a massage therapist who is more clinical than relaxation).
