Ok, so I had to tell him I didn't want this anymore and that I deserve far more than what I'm getting. I just don't think it's fair for me to give up sex with no commitment, and said he should find someone who has the same interests. I'm just so sad because I really liked him. But after I told him he came to my job, wanting to talk, saying he was falling in love with me. But still no commitment, what I do guys? I just can't give sex for free.

I am not a sex expert, but someone who has sex with you is because he likes you I presume? Otherwise he'd have it with someone else? Idk, I think asking him about why no commitment is a bad idea as he has unresolved emotional issues, but he must fix/heal them before coming to you again.

If he says he's not ready for a relationship, just be happy being friends with him, a relationship is 2 people and if one isn't ready it will not work. Also if you started with a friends with benefits situation the worst thing you can do is make a relationship out of that, he's clearly using you for sex and you deserve way better, and as for the 'sex for free' Idk girl maybe you should start charging :/
