INSULATORS CAN BE CONDUCTED AS ELECTRICITY VOLTAGE IS HIGH ENOUGH !
ONLY SOME INSULATORS UNDER HIGH ENOUGH TEMPERATURE COULD DESTROY THE INSULATION PROPERTY BUT NOT ALL THE INSULATORS !
EXAMPLE: CERAMIC INSULATOR HAS NO AFFECT TO ITS INSULATION PROPERTY BY HIGH TEMPERATURE.

" /PD" ? what is this? "hig" ?

Some salts, when melted, become a conductor via ion flow.

Depends on how high you let the temperature become. Plasmas are usually considered quite decent conductors.
