住院大約一個月，做過手術（公立醫院）
問：
1，若認罪（不小心），第三保是否不賠償給傷者？或我要付墊底費？
2，醫管局會正價全數CAMP保險公司？
3，若沒認罪但最終判也是不小心？保險也不賠償嗎？
4，第三保。。。其實包賠什麼？

1. They are not related, as the issue depends on the policy.Pleading guilty means you accept civil liability at the same time. Your policy is going to pay for the claim if the liability is allowed by the policy.
2. Again - not related.
The HA bills are sent to the patient (or his/her family). Then the patient will file a claim with the insurance company for the amount.

4. Personal and/or property damages to a set limit based on your policy.
