My Important Instagram Bullying Paradox.?

This popular kid posted a picture of this boy they make fun of making a joke that he had a haircut. People were making fun of him in the comments with sarcastic comments. I informed the boy who didn’t follow this boy and he was upset. I reported it for harassment but Instagram said nothing was wrong with it. I don’t want to comment to him to take it down because the victim is gonna tell school anyway. The boy who posted knows where I live and it would put something on my imaginary social record. I need it down but without me getting involved.
