There is no three distinct C=C double bonds in benzene molecule. Instead, the electrons in the 6 π orbitals delocalize (refer to the upper diagram below) or undergo resonance (referring to the lower diagram below) to form a system of π electrons.

Yes, they are. All of the pi bonds are delocalized over the benzene ring.
