Internet Help?

So, I am using an I-phone and it says that I have 3 bars (I am using my home internet router). But when I go use Youtube and those online apps, it won't load/work? How come? Please help me fix this.

What is your bandwidth? How fast is your internet? Try switching to data. If you have a slower internet this could be why.

Can you access other websites or do they not load either?
