Can someone help me repair my headphone jack?

I have an 'LG X Screen' phone, around a year old. Only this morning did my audio sound a bit like it was hissing. I passed it off. I get home to plug in my headphones to find my headphones weren't playing audio and slipping out of the jack. Its the phone not the headphones before you ask. I've tried every method of cleaning that I could find but none of them worked. The headphones work if pushing in forcefully. How may I fix this?

I will guess that you have used the headphones a lot, which means that the headphone jack may be worn out.........the only "fix" is to take the phone to a phone repair shop and ask (1) if they can make the repairs and (2) what the cost will be

The jack in the phone is worn out or broken.

A phone repair shop should be able to deal with it.

Especially seeing that model doesn't seem to have a case that opens you are unlikely to be able to fix it yourself.

I have heard some positive things from other Nexus 5x users who contacted LG support but that was for bootloop issue.
