Sore boobs but not pregnant and how to relieve the pain?

I’m NOT pregnant and please don’t tell me to double check. I’m on the contraceptive patch and have been for 3 months. One of the few side effects is breast tenderness, I have big boobs for my age (18) and I work in a nursery so they are often getting knocked by the children when I’m settling them or comforting them, even when I’m in the car and I go over a speed bump they hurt, even walking or laughing, anything which causes them to move, it hurts. It’s not my whole boob it’s just my nipples. I’m asking all women (and men) who know my pain could you pleeeeeaaaaasssseeeee give me some tips on how to relieve the pain

I'm the exact same, besides I don't have big boobs. I'm about an 8-10B to a C depending on what time of my menstrual cycle I'm up to. I went to the doctors about it and everything, got an ultrasound done on both boobs as they thought it could possibly be cancer (breast cancer runs in my family), turns out I have a lot of glandular tissue in my breasts that make my boobs awfully painful when it's inflammed. To resolve this, I went on the pill and it helped a lot although, depending on when in my cycle, usually before or after my period, my boobs are back to being very painful.

As your doctor about other birth control methods if this side effect is unbearable.
