What is L.B "Jeff" Jefferies perception of Lisa in Rear Window?

Need to prove why appearances can be deceiving for a practice essay but can't seem to think of any points where Jeff's perception of Lisa was deceived.

he believed she was too refined and spoiled to be up to an adventure. but, she obviously got a charge out of investigating the local murder and nearly being caught by the murderer.

Deceived and wrong are two different things.
