What should I do about this guy?

I'm 32 I met this guy in 2011 he liked me in 2014 I kept telling him I just want to be friends at one point he didn't leave me alone. He broke up with his girlfriend and tagged a post of me on Facebook and I keep telling him we are just friends I don't think he understands I have a feeling he won't leave me alone. Do you think the best thing is taking him off my Facebook I don't know what else to do.
