Is the NFL a team sport or a single player sport?
Team sport as in it takes everyone to win. Player as in it only takes one good player to win.

It's a team sport which depends heavily on individuals. One player cannot do it alone, but the right player can make a huge impact. A QB can do a lot for the a team, but they won't win if they don't have a good defense. A defense needs more than just one good DB or lineman to get the job done.
Contrast that with baseball which could win most of their games if they had a superstar pitcher who nobody could hit off of.
(Unless it's Ditka. Ditka could take on the Patriots and the Eagles at the same time. Unfortunately, he'd likely give up a field goal and only win 72-3.)
It is without question a team sport.
1-man only sport. Brady could go up against all 11 guys on the opposing defense and truck them all til the endzone
Team sport. But sometimes there is that one player that thinks it's all him.
Despite the credit or blame that QBs tend to get, it's a team sport that requires more than a single player
Team. Brady, for example, cannot win on his own.
Would the patriots win with a shitty qb? Nah, but they still would with a different center
It always has been a team sport and will always be a team sport.
It’s definitely a team sport!!!
"It only takes one good player to win". How did that work out for OJ Simpson?
Since Tom Brady's won five Super Bowls it's got to be a single player sport.
