關於英文most前面加the的用法問題。?

I am not sure why Helen tied "the" together with "most"! "Most" can follow almost anything.

This is the most important thing of your life. (O)
Honesty is most important! (O)
A most unusual topic tonight is "#metoo". (O)

For possessive pronoun belonging to her=one of her (most popular) characters
For possessive adjective belonging to her=that is her (most popular) characters
For (the most popular) relative phrase cannot be joined by a relative pronoun to the antecedent of the relative word--her Or she.
In many phrases the definite article "the" is omitted when used with the superlative.eg:-the most popular=most popular. Then possessive adj /pronoun added to become "her" most popular.

依據字典之解釋，the most 加於形容詞或副詞之前，表示"最"（即最高級），如the most beutiful woman 最美麗的女人。
而most 加於形容詞或副詞之前，不加the，則表示"很"，"非常"的意思（非最高級"最") 如本題one of her most popular characters
"她很受歡迎的特質之一"，而以另一角度來說，此題之most 如解釋為最高級"最"，顯然不合理，因最好的事物通常只有1個，不會有很多個最好，有很多個"最好"，那這很多個就沒有一個有資格稱自己是最好的了。
