Scared for wisdom teeth removal?

I just found out on Friday I need to get my two bottom wisdom teeth removed. The appointment is this week (Wednesday) and I’m incredibly scared. Both bottom ones are growing straight and are almost halfway emerged from my gum. The doc said I need to get them removed cause I don’t have any room in my mouth for them. He also said the procedure would only take 20 minutes. What I’m most scared about is the “deep sedation” through IV. I don’t do well with blood tests but I’m just incredibly anxious for whatever they put in me. Mostly because I hate the feeling of being dizzy or nauseous or light headed. I don’t wan to feel like this when they inject me. Could someone share some experiences to help calm me down? I’m a nervous wreck.
Thank you so much in advance

Why are you having IV. . Here in the U.K. these teeth are the same as ordinary molars.
We have numbing injections and they are out in seconds.

I worked as a Dental Nurse.
