as per Islam,
1. It is a sin to brag about your achievements. First of all you did not accomplish anything on your own, Allah aza wa jal assisted you in all of that, so all praise and thanks to him that you were able to graduate. Without Allah's assistance you would not even be able to stand and move one step or hold a pencil.
Further the only thing bragging does is make other people wish bad for you and use black magic due to that envy to harm you, and it harms none except by Allah's leave, so this is incentive not to brag, and there is a great reward with Allah for those who do not brag and one should resist the urge to do so even by bringing up the other person's achievements so that you could sneak your own achievements in when they ask about yours in return is bragging.
2. It is not a good idea for you to post your personal information on the internet, especially a diploma which someone could copy and frame for their own, and one should never reveal their entire names online, any person here can get your address with just your entire name and they could mess with you by putting it on craigslist and setting up garage sales early in the morning, or they could do worse harm than that. It's not a good idea, I don't even recommend people to give out their first names online.
3. Lastly, in Islam it is disliked to be proud of ones own achievements because this may make one content with where they are with regards to doing good deeds, having faith, and avoiding sins instead of aiming to improve more, and everyone can improve. Feeling like one has done enough with ones own achievements is a big danger that Satan exploits.
