Will the earthquakes in California affect New England?

No. A quake isn't going to be felt 3000 miles away, no matter how strong it is.
No. Jesus Christ, Kyle, how many times has this been asked and answered by now? Get a clue.

No, you could have a 9.9 RS earthquake in California, and you might feel a little bit of it, but it certainly will not affect anything in New England. You'd get some really cool seismic readings on your geophones, but you wouldn't actually feel anything. You're simply too far away. A 5.5 can be felt roughly 300 miles away by very sensitive people.
Which earthquake?
There are somewhere between 500 and 1,000 earthquakes along the west coast every week. I am quite certain the absolutely none of those are felt or noticed in New England.
You must not own a map...
