Correct:-(A) could is used in indirect speech in place of can , if the main verb is past tense to express conditions, and to express occasional occurence and inclination---->(A) Could you repeat that , please ?
(B) Can you repeating--->after auxiliary verb should use "repeat".
(C)Say again=imperative mood=form of the verb expressing a command with authority attention and an order=error in say that again !
(D) Speak that to me one more time/one more time that,please/that one more time---->error in structure of the sentence.

A

(B) Can you repeating – 助動詞後該用動詞原型 – 文法錯誤
(C) Say again – 很不禮貌(客氣)的命令句,若如此下命令的說,後面的 ”that, please” 都可免了。客氣一點應為Can you say it/that again. – 故C為語意及文法(say that again)不合。
(D) One more time意為再一次(意思即為do that one more time 或do that to me one more time),後面接個that又造成(one more time that,)文法不合 –故本選項語意及文法都不合
只有 A 為合理正確
