after divorce decree doesnt the lawyer need to enforce the decree?

No. You tell the lawyer about the ex not living up to the agreement and provide necessary evidence. Then the lawyer files a complaint and goes to court to have it enforced.

No. Why would anyone have to enforce a divorce decree? Nobody can deny the "fact" that you are legally divorced.

The attorney doesn't issue the decree or order... the court does.

If you're referring to the terms of the divorce not being carried out as planned or agreed upon... the court is who enforces that, not the attorney.

The attorney can assist you or offer guidance in addressing the court, but they're not responsible to enforce any of it. That may or may not be including in the fee already paid.

No. The lawyer is there to provide guidance to his client. The court provides enforcement.
