Which wine is better: Red or White?

White. Much cleaner, less sweet taste. No cloying after taste.

I like Rose wine. It's a little of both but if I had to choose it'd be sweet red wine because it's a deeper taste.

It’s all a preference. I use to say white wine all the way... up until I found a red wine that has been my current favorite for a while now. I simply just prefer sweet wines as to dry wines (not all red is dry, nor all white is sweet). It also has a lot to do with pairing. If paired correctly with your meal then it can do wonders. If you go to a restaurant just ask the server what do they recommend based on the dish you choose. That way when you decide to perchase your own for your home or a big dinner party, you can learn pairings.

I prefer the lighter dryer taste of White wine .. Red can be a bit heavy sometimes.

Sometimes, I crave red. Most times, I crave white.

I don't know why. I just have a preference for white wines. Red, to me, has a more bitter taste. Where as white wines are typically sweet.
