it takes 15 minutes to get water from 10 degrees celsius to 100. how long will it take to evaporate? NO OTHER CONDITIONS ARE CONSIDERED. The pot doesnt lose heat.

Specific heat capacity of water = 4.814 J/g°C
Heat absorbed to heat m g of 10°C water to 100°C = m c ΔT = m × 4.184 × (100 - 10) J = 376.56m J
Rate of heat absorbed = (376.56m J) / (15 min) = 25.104m J/min

From Wikipedia, specific latent heat of vaporization of water = 2257 J/g
Heat absorbed to evaporate m g of water = (m g) × (2260 J/g) = 2260m J
Time taken to evaporate m g of water = (2260m J) / (25.104 J/min) = 90 min

At every temperature, was has a measurable vapor pressure but the rate of evaporation depends on humidity, the motion of the air. Even at 100 C, water does not instantly vaporize. Ergo, I do not see that your question can be answered given the parameters you have stated.

As long as it takes, jeez don't rush it.
