Let 4y° and 9y° be the two unknown angles in the quadrilateral.

Sum of interior angles of a quadrilateral :
4y + 9y + 341.5 + 8.1 = 360
13y = 10.4
y = 0.8
4y = 3.2
9y = 7.2

The other two angles are 3.2° and 7.2°.

sum of the other two angles = 360 - (341.5 + 8.1)

= 10.4

Divide 10.4 in the ratio 4 : 9

4/13 x 10.4 = 3.2

9/13 x 10.4 = 7.2

Quadrilaterals have the sum of all interior angles = 360 degrees. Subtract 341.5 & 8.1 from 360. That leaves 10.4 degrees between the two left over angles. Since the two angles are ratios of the remaining 10.4 degrees, their sum must equal 10.4 degrees. The ratio 4:9 also means that the two angles can be broken up into 9 + 4 = 13 part, with one angle being 9/13 of 10.4 degrees and the other being 4/13 of 10.4 degrees. One angle is 7.2 degrees and the other is 3.2 degrees.
