Is there any nuance between the following two sentences?
1. I don't want my daughter taken out after dark.
2. I don't want my daughter to be taken out after dark.
I am an English learner, and your explanation will be much appreciated.
Thank you.

They mean the same.
But here's a note to be aware of: "Nuance" is rapidly becoming an over-used word. You might consider using "difference" instead of "nuance" in this type of sentence.
