I can't stop staring at peoples 'parts'?

Ever since I hit 14 I can't stop staring at peoples 'parts', like staring at boys' chests and private part, and girls cleavage and butts. I am a girl, and I am also straight. I don't have sexual thoughts when looking at the parts, so what's up with me?

Don't leave the house and seek therapy - it's not okay to behave like that.
You are fixated, only you (or you and your therapist) can determine why that is the case.
If you genuinely can't stop that's a mental health issue, otherwise you're just being a creep so stop it.
